Shipping is free worldwide on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged at checkout based on your destination.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email support@shopgemira.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please don't send items back before requesting a return.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right — at no cost to you.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the one you want.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible. If it's already on its way, you can return it once it arrives.
I entered the wrong address — what now?
Email support@shopgemira.com within 24 hours of ordering with the correct address and we'll update it before dispatch.

What materials do you use?
Our pieces include 925 sterling silver, 18K gold-plated brass and stainless steel, freshwater pearls, cubic zirconia and natural stones. Every product page lists the exact materials — we never describe plated pieces as solid gold or silver.
Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our pieces are lead and nickel free or made with hypoallergenic surgical steel. Check the individual product description for details.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear, avoid contact with perfume and harsh chemicals, remove before swimming or showering, and store dry.
